Mr Narendra Somani is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having corporate experience of over 26 years serving diverse private sector industries. He has extensively worked for companies having pan India and cross border operations engaged in Manufacturing, NBFC, Construction, IT, Services, Facility Management, Retail, Trading and Exports. He has worked at senior level positions with companies including KMF, Surya Roshni, Su-Kam Power, Intex Technologies and Modelama Group. He has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for more than 10 years and served as Director in many companies.

Mr. Somani holds distinction and experience of turning around the company through various hands on techniques like planning, sales & marketing strategies, budgeting, cost control and cost reduction. He has specialized in preparation of business plans, detailed project reports, raising growth capital for financing the existing and new projects, working capital management, off balance sheet finances, raising unsecured funding for SMEs, taxation, internal control system and automation.
