Mr. Govind Sharma is a fellow member of ICAI and qualified in the year 2012. He is the Managing Partner of Jaipur Branch of S.S Periwal & Co. He is a certified Concurrent Auditor of Banks from ICAI. He holds distinction in areas of direct taxation. He had been the Nominated member to Direct Taxes Committee of Jaipur Branch of CIRC of ICAI.

His industry specialization ranges in EPC, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Banking & Manufacturing. He is also acting as a tax advisor to many Public sector Banks in Jaipur. He has also conducted a number of statutory audits of Public Sector and Regional Rural Banks. His areas of practice also include Consultancy to Foreign companies, Non-Resident Indians and Joint Ventures including work relating to FEMA matters, RERA and FIPB.
