SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Mr. Pankaj Periwal is one of the elite professionals to qualify as an associate of ICAI in 1998. He is the Managing Partner at Ludhiana branch of the firm. He is responsible for overall coordination, planning, leadership, reporting and liaison with clients in connection with audit of Private & Public sector audits. He has vast experience and expertise of almost 24 years in core fields of Audit & Tax consultancy. His experience of handling internal audits, bank audits has been of great value to the firm. He is been presently handling Direct & Indirect Tax Audits and its related matters. He brings great experience and perspective to our team as he has been the tax advisor and counsel for many large Industrial houses. He is also known for his credentials in assisting several clients in assurance services, both statutory and internal, as well as income tax survey and search cases.

He was the Chairman of the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (‘ICAI’) in 2018 and Chairman of Ludhiana Branch of ICAI in 2011. He is a socially well-connected person which is evident from the fact the he is currently the President of Maheshwari Samaj Ludhiana. He is the Lead Engagement Partner to all the Specialised Monitoring Assignments handled by the firm under the EASE Manthan Project of Ministry of Finance & RBI. He is also a member to the District Taxation Bar Association and Indirect Taxes Consultants Association.
