Partner of S.S Periwal & Co., Mr. Gautam Mittal is one amongst the elite professionals to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in 2001. He has also assisted several clients in setting up industrial, commercial and educational institutions from concept to commissioning basis and has vast experience in fund structuring and raising funds for various purposes. His core competence & industry specific experience includes practice in Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Business Valuation, Credit Sanctioning & Monitoring, Investment Banking, Debt Restructuring and in recovery of NPA’s and its one-time settlement with the lenders. He has been handling 5-6 companies under CIRP as consultant for Corporate Debtors. He has successfully handed more than 50 debt raising and restructuring assignments.

He is also partner of AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP, largest IPE in the country and assisting other partners in CIRP and Liquidation cases. His industry exposure includes Banking Sector, NBFC’s, Iron & Steel, TMT Steel Plant, Fasteners, Forgings, Auto Parts, Jewellery House, Manufacturing & Real Estate Developers, Power, Pharma, Agriculture Exports, Imports, Textiles, NGO's, Societies etc. Mr Gautam Mittal is currently handling insolvency and liquidation proceedings of M/s Sanwaria Consumer Limited which has debt of over 800 crores.
